Carl Stoddard
Founder & Strategic CFO
Carl Stoddard founded DrCFO in 2009 with a mission to help medical and dental practices gain financial clarity and achieve sustainable growth. With more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business strategy, he works alongside practice owners to improve profitability, strengthen operations, and make more confident business decisions.
Carl holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Idaho State University and an MBA from Arizona State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Stacey, their five children, and their three dogs.

Brandy Wagner
Director of Operations
Brandy oversees the day-to-day operations at DrCFO, ensuring our team delivers exceptional service and a seamless client experience. She leads our bookkeeping and payroll teams while helping streamline internal processes that keep everything running efficiently. With a background in the healthcare industry, Brandy brings a unique perspective to supporting medical and dental practices.
Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and expressing her creativity through crafts.
Allie Casteneda
Director of Marketing
Allie leads DrCFO's marketing and business development efforts, helping connect medical and dental practices with the services and resources they need to succeed. She enjoys building relationships, growing the DrCFO community, and helping practice owners discover solutions that support long-term success through personalized service and meaningful connections.
Outside of work, Allie enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and making memories together.
Phyllis Stark
Bookkeeping specialist
Phyllis brings more than 25 years of experience in administration and accounting, with a background spanning local government, real estate, and healthcare finance. She is passionate about helping clients maintain accurate financial records and providing the dependable bookkeeping support they can count on.
Outside of work, Phyllis enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, volunteering in her community, gardening, and staying active.
